Session #1: Managing Impossible P.E.O.P.L.E. (9:00 - 11:00)

Learn the reasons people become difficult and disruptive.
2. Identify the 8 types of difficult people, and their underlying
motivations.
3. Use the “Magic Question” to address disruptive behavior.
4. Improve your confrontation skills.
5. Understand how a well-designed intervention can turn around
disruptive behavior.
Session #2: Physician Leadership in the Role of Disasters
